When the homeowners approached us with a $40k budget we made sure to get straight to work, but because of a lack of space in the backyard due to landscape and accessibility issues. Our plan involved building a new deck with a cover as well as a privacy wall to make the space usable year-round. Completed in just two weeks, we encountered no surprises, and are pleased to showcase this beautiful deck merged with a cover.
